Marcin Barczyk

Attorney at law, mediator, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, member of the Krakow Bar Association.

Completed postgraduate studies in the field of functioning of commercial companies in legal and economic terms organized by the Warsaw School of Economics. Professionally, he deals in particular with copyright law, company law, personal data protection and trademark law.

In his practice, he has advised on international investment processes, M&A transactions, intellectual property law disputes and infringement of personal rights, transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property rights, including database producers’ rights, as well as carried out complex GDPR implementations in companies.

He served as manager of the legal department of one of Poland’s largest IT and e-commerce companies, and serves as lead lawyer for Poland’s largest air quality monitoring company.
